2011 Melbourne M3 11k miles
Just wondering what you guys think this car is worth. Looks to be in the condition you would assume a car to be in with only 11k miles

Honestly check KBB....http://www.kbb.com/
your just going to get a bunch of people acting like The negotiator on the forum...dealerships know what they paid and what they want and are willing to wait it out...typically if you low ball them will simply not take you serious ...you can try to go low but your 47.5 is a bit low I think...it is a good place to start. KBB is always the most realistic... Shows 48.9 to 50k private party Dealer 50 to 54 Typically if you can get the private party price from a dealer you are making a good deal....sounds like its priced fairly already you can maybe get it for 48 to 49k and it will be a very fair deal! Especially with only a 11k miles...! Last edited by M3-S65; 06-17-2014 at 10:38 PM.. |

Thanks for the feedback. I honestly love the Melbourne color but red on red is kind've overkill. Honestly wish it was black int. I should consider this though..

If this is the car at Project One Auto, then CARFAX disclosures on the car convey a strange past. Which may be why they, CARFAX, value the car down.
If I were you I'd review the history of the car carefully. Among other things, try to find out if it was the BMW dealer who gave it up to auction. If he did, that would not be a good sign. IMO, auction cars, while cheaper, are usually saddled with some sort of problem. |

Red on Red might sit on the lot for a few weeks. I'd wait a while.

From a dealer I would say it would be sold for 47.5/48 without Cpo, or 51 with. That's tough.... Red on red would sit for awhile, but with those miles who knows. You could always ask for Cpo and negotiate on that.
