Tips on wash/wax for apt dwellers

So I've had my 08 M3 Coupe for about a month now and it's finally starting to get warm outside (Midwest).

Basically I live in an apartment, and I really want to take the best care of the car as I can. I have a garage for it (wouldn't have got it if I didn't) but it's pretty tight fight and not really lit at all, so I can't really work in there.

So I was wondering what tips or advise people might have for washing and waxing the car myself given the type of place I live. My situation might change this summer when my lease is up on the apt but for now I'm stuck till the end of July.

One reason I'd really like some help advise is that when I got it a month ago I ran it thru the dealer wash twice and it has brush and I'm already starting to see those little swirl marks and I really want to get rid of those asap. since then I've only gone to brush-less laser washes.

There are a couple good posts in this forum that deal with this (I replied to one thred with my bucket routine at a coin-op place.)

Garage List
Polish Polish Polish: Menzerna SIP. But prior you must clay it. Apply a coat of sealer, then wax. So get to work
