Washer Fluid

Just curious what kind of Washer fluid u guys use with your M. I need to refill it now. Since spring is coming, there's going to be a lot of bug splatter in the windshield. I like the one’s that have extra chemicals to help clean the bugs away. However, I'm concerned that the harsh chemicals my damage the CF roof clear coat which is clearly more delicate than the rest of the car.

I use P21S windshield wash booster. Just add a shot to the standard blue juice and it works very well all year round. It can leave some white residue that is harmless but can be a bit annoying. I am trying the same product Einszett that supposedly has no residue but haven't used it too much yet so can't comment. Both are pH balanced to not damage your paint.

You can also buy the stuff that comes in your car from BMW but it is overpriced (shock) compared to the two above.

Garage List
I used to own an '02 Passat 1.8T. I don't know what kind of fluids the factory used to use, but that stuff cleans, and smells really good! I never got around to ask.

I’ve had no problems with the Einszett Kristallklar Premium stuff on a variety of vehicles.

The BMW Winshield fluid is excellent, I highly reccomend it.
Best thing is it concentrated you can dilute half a bottle with a gallon of water, plus it won't clog your system.

Where do you get the OEM fluid?

My dealer gave me some line saying they weren't permitted to sell it because it doesn't have the blue dye in it.
