Downsizing SUCKS!!!!!!! Have 2 mortgages and 2 kids in college and my babied baby must go in lieu of a manual Scion FR-S/FT86. At least the gas mileage is better as I'm trying to see the bright side...not well. I'm sticking around the forum but will miss the hell outta the car!!!! I think I'm gonna cry now...goodbye. Lol, but seriously...

Hyatt @ The Bellevue 7th floor parking lot. They hand wash/detail etcetera. Very professional and pretty reasonable price. It's in Center City down the street from City Hall on South Broad Street.

Sounds like maybe you should have him wash your car for some additional income so he can keep the M!
That's a great price on that exhaust btw

Life has a funny way of paying back. Had to sell my GT3 recently to "do the right thing" for a family situation and now I'm in the M. Good on you for making the sacrifice. The funny thing about life is that most of the time, people get what they deserve. Hope you enjoy good things even if it's not the M car. Best wishes.

Sell one of the kids instead. Or sell both and go supercharged.

A friend of mine has the BRZ and just recently slapped a turbo kit and tune for under 5k. He's pushing 370 whp on a 2700-2800 lb car that handles very well. Maybe that's a bright side for ya

Hmmmmm. Maybe when I'm outta warranty. That thought has already crossed the mind.

BRZ is a great car...great handling, a bit slow from a dig, but mods can help that. I actually considered selling my M3 for one. I am more of a shade tree mechanic than a racer. The M3 parts are $$ insane and the cost of the S65 engine is just not worth taking risks, along with no real service manual with torque specs etc,...the M3 is just not a hobby mechanics dream. A BRZ however is easy to work on, has a service manual, tons of mods to buy for it, all parts are cheap and the whole car costs less than our engine. Looks good too!! Nothing wrong with that...

Tried selling first. Been on the market since January. One bonafide offer since and that individual wants me to basically give it away. I will be renting it out VERY shortly.

Thank you. Once out of warranty I will explore EVERY mechanical possibility. At 2700 lbs there is a helluva lot of potential.
