I would worry that the even shorter distance between the back of your seat and the rear anchor points than a sedan or coupe will create a more acute angle that is recommended. I am guessing you have seen the other Scroth harness thread. I would call Scroth and ask them. When I did for my sedan, they pushed me towards the Rallye 3, as that attaches at the shoulder of the rear seat belt and puts much less load on the stock seat back in an impact.

I don't see why not. The tailstrap is adjustable so you can position that buckle closer to the seat or further away.

well one main thing is the headrest.... the e93's headrest is kind of "floating" in the center, without the two bars to hold the belt in place
I'll contact Schroth :P. i just thought maybe someone on here had personal experience with it on their e93

If you look at the instructions associated with the belts (bottom of catalog page), you cannot use a seat like this with a bolt-in/clip in harness - the guide bars prevent the harness slipping off your shoulders. You will need an aftermarket seat.

Not to jack the thread, but has anyone installed a Rallye 3 or 4 in a sedan? What would be the best front anchor points? I am thinking the seat rails bolts?
Thanks

They are ASM so you can run them at most of HPDE's. But I don't think it's any better than stock though, I can show you a technique to use your stock seat as 3 point harness next time at the track.

Quote:
I was advised away from the Rallye 4 by Scroth due to concerns with the seat back strength and the angle of the straps causing too much compression. However, having one strap in the rear will not have the same lateral "stability" as two straps as in the Rallye 4.

E90/E93 is missing the belt anchor point on the left, as the belt is mounted to the seat directly. You'll need to find an alternate anchor point.
