Next on the menu is engine then transmission and the last meal will be exhaust tips.

For start you can try to disallow Louie and your car to be in the same room. That could help

I wish I was able to do that. We have a dog door so they can go in and out as they please while I'm at work. The dog door goes from the kitchen to the garage then to the back yard.

Sorry about the damage, super frustrating I’m sure.
Haha yeah, and in all honesty he kind of is innocent. He's still young and figuring out what he can and can't do.

Once had a similar problem `til I trained Roxy to steer.
She never was able to master shifting the 6MT

Perhaps an excuse to start driving your M to work? I assume the pup has adequate designated chew toys elsewhere? Maybe you could get a car cover or try applying some bittering agent spray to the front of the car to discourage this behaviour? But like you mentioned, he's probably just getting bored with you away so much and has excess energy to burn off so he's acting out and chewing anything he can get his hands on.

I'd love to drive the M3 to work but I'm too scared to. I work in an industrial area right outside of the city, shitty roads and lots of 18 wheelers/cement trucks. So I daily my old GMC and let that get all the rock chips from the cement trucks. Definitely investing in a car cover and have already bought some of that spray.

Doing black kidney grills. I accidentally dropped a screwdriver down in this hole between the left headlight and grill. Where would it have landed? I I just need to remove the under panel?

Edit: scratch that. Got the little bugger

Edit x2: all that effort for the grills only not to fit. Anyone looking at turner Motorsports, just be weary. Even though it's listed for the M3 I confirmed with their sales that they no longer carry it as m performance discontinued them. I should've just bought them from ind when I bought the side grills

Celebrated two years with Rocky yesterday, my Harrop supercharged e90 6MT. Two years ago yesterday I flew into Phoenix at 9am, was picked up at the airport by a forum member and on the road home to the Portland metro area, title in hand, 2 hours later. 36k miles, tons of road trips, canyon carving, BMW CCA events, and daily driving adventures later, hard to envision trading it out for something else that won’t deeply disappoint.

Bought these on the advice of a friend with an F90 M5 who passed smog with a decatted xpipe. If these don’t work I’ll have to source an xpipe and throw it on, but I have a high confidence they will, they even have mini cats in them. If his F90 can pass I’m sure our E9x’s can too. I’ll report back.

I would never try to get past big brother but if I had to get past him, I'd use the Fabspeed mini feline system. I have witnessed it working on a large number of cars that I had the pleasure of sitting inside the interiors of.

Took care of a random SOS phone error that took all sound/music away due to a faulty satellite radio box. A $15 MOST loop from Amazon fixed the issue for now. Apparently this is pretty common, glad it was a cheap fix.

I saw those, they’re pricy though. About half as much as a good deal on a used factory Xpipe, which I’d rather have if I ever wanted to put the car back to stock.

Big brother doesn’t care about me, or anyone in this nation, as we’ve seen the past few years especially. So I don’t care about him.

Interesting, I heard of this, got pics?

I fixed mine by buying a replacement SAT box on ebay.

Sure, plugged right in. Pretty simple bypass, paying mostly for the plug and play convenience

Are these go into the bang and the O2 sensor goes into these? If so, is there clearance to add the length?

I put these on today. I screwed the extender in first and tightened it. Then I screwed the o2 sensor in and tightened that. There is still enough clearance from the tranny, about 1-1.5 inches. But it’s easier the screw them in one by one.

Time to do the drive cycle and I’ll report back whether it throws a code or not.

Lol yeah those were my daughters from a couple years ago in our pre-horse era en route to a family ranch and a week of horseback riding. Most expensive vacation of my life, because it set off multiple horse ownership, competitions, clothes, tack, little jackets for the horses. Did you know being a horse masseur is a thing? Sadly, I do. The ‘boot’ pic was from a return trip and those chicken boots happened to fit the friend we were bringing. But Dad gets to drive the e90 on the trip, so there is that.
