2010 bmw e93 alpine white with tasteful mod and BE bearing done

I'm selling my alpine white 2010 e93 m3 for sale. I'm the third owner. I got it from a medical equipment CEO in CA couple years back. Car have clean tittle but do have a minor driver side rear bumper hit while parked two years ago....my sister hit it while driving my x5 into the garage parking spot. I do have pictures of the damage. No stuctural damage aside from the bumber and the light, both have which been replaced by local bmw dealership. I put in about 10k miles under my 4 yrs ownership. The car now have less thank 30.5k miles. If you are one of those who does not care about track and want to hear the glorious sounds of the 4.4l V8 to its full potential while cruising, then this is the car for you. Anyhow, under my ownership, i've done the following:

Maintenance-
Oil change every year regardless of milleage. (I do my own oil change)
BE bearing done at a nw reputable shop (AR RACING in lake Oswego) when car has about 28k miles.
Leather care every year. Though there is some slight bolster seat wear from previous owner. Other than that, car has clean interior.
Engine bay also clean up every year to keep it looking good.
Car also hooked up to battery conditioning unit during winter time storage.
All bmw recalls have been done by local bmw dealership and up to date.

Mods-
OEM carbon splitter
OEM carbon mirror cap
OEM rear spoiler
OEM M performance aluminum pedal and brake
OEM M performance aluminum hand brake
OEM M performance exhaust version 2
OEM LED LCI rear lights.
LUX Angel Eyes (LUX H8 160 7000k (white) LED)
OEM gloss black front grill.
OEM black chrome m3 badge from IND
OEM license plate holder in carbon fiber like print.
OEM wind screen for convertible top.
OEM front light reflector paint match (alpine white) from IND
OEM m performance valve stem cap for the wheel in black.
OEM Black Competition ZCP wheels in square setup (front: 275/30ZR19, rear 275/35ZR19 brand new michellin pilot sport all season tires. Wheels are sitting on Macht Schnell bolt with aircraft light weight mismoto nuts from ECS. There is also a 12mm macht schnell spacer in the rear to keep the wheel flushed.

White led interior
3M 1080 carbon vinyl wrap of the steering wheel and window trim.
3M vinyl wrap in hot rod red for side signal light, hood vents, and strip on the spoiler

I use either bmw leather care or meguiar leather care product.
