1 of 1 Estoril Blue ZCP

Not my video, but came across it and couldn't help but post here. Absolute drool of a color option. I'm surprised to hear it's the only 1 in NA? How can that be. Either way she's a beaut!! Wonder how much it will sell for, any guesses?

Wow, what a car!

I suspect it’s 1 of 1 with that interior but not the only Estoril E92M.

I'm going to guess $75-80k?. Someone who wants a "New" E92 in an individual color will eventually pay them - considering they bought the 1/1 Atlantis car for ~$70k and then refurbished it, and this car has 10,000 less miles.

It actually is the only Estoril E9x M3, per the production #'s posted here -

This car has individual paint, individual interior, and individual interior trim.

holy shit you're right. I guess ppl are selling them off bc it didnt appreciate as much as expected. 9 years sitting in a garage, barely enjoyed for basically break even deal to a stealership. Not worth IMO

Love the individual interior too. Interesting that the window sticker says individual blue stitching but that stitching isn't blue. It's silver.

Well damn, 1 of 1 Estoril! I stand corrected.

Great car and worth it to someone.

And even when a specific car is a relatively good investment, they’re still pretty bad if you don’t also enjoy it some.

I’ll never understand it, especially with something as comparatively common as an M3.

I drive my car every chance I can (since I have another car for work at the wife’s X3), and would do the same with something far more exotic.

Agreed, one needs to enjoy it otherwise it’s just not worth it.

Even a good investment like an E30 M3.

1989: Selling price of ~$40K
2020 top selling price: $250K
But $40K compounding for 31 years with an additional $50/mo (conservative for insurance, gas, storage, minimal maintenance, etc) at a modest 6% annual return: $295K

Unless you’re driving it, park it in your S&P ETF, not in the garage.

Exactly! Now run the same model for a newer M3, even the most rare. Horrible investment...

Sale pending of a $40k non-M3 E30? That is freaking nuts! I remember a good E30 was around $5-7k

It’s already on their site, the BAT results are public, it’s easier to see it on a desktop or I’d post the link. Just search for results by model.

excellent color. I enjoy it much more than my Interlagos. Wish it was a 6MT.

those clowns at EAG will ask every bit of 80 grand for this car.

As they should. Someone will surely pony up the $ at some point, only takes 1 buyer.

I have Interlagos myself and like it better than Estoril, personally. The Estoril is cool as it's an individual color for the E9x, but it's not an ///M only color like Interlagos - BMW has offered Estoril on a number of non-M cars.

Sorry I was talking about the Atlantis one - I was just using that as a price benchmark for what I suspect they are asking based on the comparison. But it's probably even more than that who knows.
