Where can I find E90/92s for sale in California?

I'm looking for a clean 6MT E90/92 with <50k mi in California. Every car I've checked out on craigslist/autotrader was either owned by someone that had no idea how to properly take care of a car or the owner didn't bother disclosing everything until I got there to check out the car (saying it was a 2 owner car when it was 5, saying the only cosmetic blemish was a windshield chip when there's scratches everywhere underneath the car, telling me "oh this sound is normal for a BMW" when second gear was grinding, the tires were completely bald, the car was in a major accident even though the carfax is clean, etc.). I had someone suggest facebook groups to me so I joined every norcal and socal one I could find, but it seems like it's mostly 328/335s. Am I not joining the right groups?

Have you checked out Shift.com? They have a few MT '08s with around 55k miles. Some have good service histories in CarFax. Pretty decent pricing as well.

It took me almost a year to find mine. I bought mine from CarMax and probably over paid but it was exactly what I was looking for color and option wise so I didn't mind paying more. I also bought their warranty which was only $3200 for 5 yr/100k miles.

I am in Irvine, ca and debating on selling my 2008 m3, 6 speed with 48k miles. Interlagos blue , grey leather, tech pack, slick top, with recent service with MRF engineering. Currently has bronze volk te37s and akro axle back but I have stock wheels (dark 18s) and exhaust in the garage. No track nor autox time. Let me know if you would like to discuss further.
