Tony @ Sterling for Service
Anyone have experience with Tony at Sterling? I am actually taking my X5M in for a few things and haven't had luck finding anyone that seems to know their stuff. Tony seems to have a lot of experience and seemed to know what he was taking about when I spoke with him. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Go to Charlie@MckennaBmw! He's the only SA I go to in LA. He will take good care of you.

I'm really not a fan of Sterling. I live less than a mile away and will never use them again. They treat you horribly and their info sounds sketchy. Irvine BMW or Crevier will do you so much better.

Thanks. I haven't really heard anything but negative things about Irvine. The SA I was talking to at Crevier won't call me back, so I don't really want to go there. I have heard mixed reviews about Sterling. Seems like it's luck of the draw and kind of a crapshoot whether you have a good or bad experience at Irvine, Crevier or Sterling...
