Yes she is on all the Ford Mustang websites and gives advice for Customer Service for Ford. However, you still can't please everyone.

The mustang interior materials quality and design can't be compared. The overall refinement and feel of the car is not something that can be measured and compared with a few numbers. Also While my m3 has a rattle, my old mustang buzzed and vibrated and creaked from many places over time.

If you are young and considering the mustang then go for it, you will save tons of cash and can play with mods for a lot cheaper.

My m3 does not make a single rattle or squeak. It's the most solid car I've ever owned.

You are right, ungrateful dimwits will always demand more. Aside from the usual forum non-sense, i think Ford took a step in the right direction with placing that person there. I am on the M5Board frequently and it would be nice for BMW to incorporate something of this nature so the Red COG of death issues could be handled a tad quicker and get BMW NA involved faster instead of waiting for the dealer to make the call.

As for Deysha...I am
