Has this ever happened to you before? (Drinking related)

I had one shot last night to help kick off celebrating a friend's birthday. Just one shot. It usually takes 12 + shots to get myself on the glorious path to drunkenness. Went to bed about an hour later a little after midnight. Woke up at 1:30 and my stomach felt awful. Thought I was going to puke. I didn't get sick, but I chugged a bottle of water and my stomach settled down and I went back to sleep.

Has anyone else felt nauseous when only having 1 or 2 beers/drinks? Or was something else up with my stomach?

Nervous stomach from the stresses of e90post?

Do +12 next time and stop changing the routine.

It was Goldschlager. I've had it before in larger amounts with no problem. I prefer any whiskey/bourbon if I'm drinking hard alcohol, but I'll take what I can get.

I've learned my lesson, balls out or nothing from now on.

The gold never sat well with me now that you bring it up. I did several R-mintzes the other day and they gave me the insta tan feeling. Grand Mariner does the same thing but makes me less than Superman the next day. I just drink my brew......

It was probably something you ate earlier coupled with the Goldschlager.

I would say it could be an allergy to the heavy metal. But you say you've drank it before without issue. Probably nothing to be too worried about.

Did you eat anything out that night? It could be bad food, drink, or tail.
