Problem with passenger window seal and comfort access

Hi all, it appears that my CA key isn't working. Sometimes the unlock/lock feature will work but other than that it is not working with the vehicle and I've changed the battery so unsure why. Was wondering if anyone had experienced this before

Also on my e93 the passenger front and read windows do not create a seal to keep water out and I was searching to see if anyone had fixed this but couldn't find the specific problem I'm encountering and hoping not to go the dealer.

How old is the car? Maybe your rubber seals are bad around the window area. There's a chemical called gummi pledge. You can search the forums about that product. It treats the rubber on cars.
