Hi,

After several moments i just got the chance to notice that my shifting lights above the rpm gauge does not light. Even when rpm is about to approach the red line.

My car does not have i drive, is there any possible way to turn it on ?

Or this is just something that is active on S shifting mode, because i made my diagnosis based on a D driving mode video..

Thanks

Pretty sure its only in S mode (as obviously no need in D), and yes its possible to turn off/on in the dash meny accessed with the left wheel stalk.

Thanks,
Yes and if in S mine does not turn on, is it accessed by the gauge lights level or the BC button?

Thanks

Jay, have iDrive myself but yes without you access it on the BC. Just toggle through the menu and you'll find something looking like an arrow or something.

if you have the shift lights "on" and you are in manual mode, it may be that you need to be a little harder on the throttle and within a few hundred rpm's of redline. you do not have to be in mdm mode to see the lights.

Throw it second gear (2) in S6 with DSC OFF and floor it with your strong right foot , and a longer road is no longer required
I'm sure it will show you shift lights like a Christmas tree....

Advice: Of course a proper warm up is first required to avoid you blow your S65 bearings to the moon ...

Shift lights ??? Here you gooooo........!!!
