Reflashing car back to stock from ESS tune?

I am removing my supercharger this weekend due to the same of my M3, and wondered about reflashing my M3 back to OEM software from the ESS tune I purchased? Is it as simple as following the same process with the ESS E Flash software, only using the stock file that I originally sent to ESS instead of their supercharger tune file, or is there more to it?

Should be the exact same procedure. Just remember to remove the SC before installing the OEM tune and starting the car.
