Frozen Brown M3

A little slice of light refreshment! I have just finished this 18" long Chocolate M3 for my best buddy Ryan who is leaving our BMW dealership here in the UK and heading off to Porsche.
The M3 consists of multi layers of home made chocolate sponge with a layer of moulded chocolate icing.
I don't have many baking skills but It was fun to make. I will try to master the art of icing lettering or I might stick to making muffins.
