What is this e93 worth?

Hey guys I'm looking to buy an E93.

It's Stripped except for convertible. No Nav, No Premium Sound, 18" Wheels, etc, etc.

2011 65k miles.

Listed at 29k Private Party

Seems high.

I have an 08 DCT with 39k, fully loaded and I'm looking to get around there.

No real bites, but I think that's just the market for 'Verts.
