Jerez Black 2008 E90 M3 content - C&C welcome!!!

Hey all, just had my car clayed and waxed, figured I'd snap a few pics.

I consider myself a novice photographer still; been shooting as a hobby (the one hobby that gets the least attention) although I've shot a couple weddings (at low prices based on my skill) as portraits and candid type family shoots. I also did one new born shoot...never again lol.

So that's my photo background; I shoot w/ a Nikon D90 and a 50mm Nikor 1.8. I have an SB 900 and some umbrellas but didn't use them for this shoot.

As you guys can tell, I'm not a car photographer but I'd like to get better at it. I know there's a few guys in here that do this for a living so I'd like to hear some comments and critiques if possible. I chose to keep things simple and leave the car in one spot and move around to get different shots.

Great pictures! For me it’s all about the positioning the object you shooting, change the angles a bit, shoot close, shoot far...you get the idea.

P.s. at first I thought you uploaded the same 2 pictures numerous times. Get creative with different compositions

Yep, thanks for the feedback, my intent here was just to keep things a bit simple as I was limited on time but point taken. thanks!
