custom M3 cluster - light up ///M logo

After almost three years of looking for a proper printing company, finally I have a custom E9x M3 dial with light up logo.
As you know stock cluster didnt have ///M logo that was also visible during the night. Now my cluster can look like current M3/M4 series.

Below is the link regarding how you can buy it.

Nice! When I first got my M I was disappointed that the M didn't light up and thought it was possibly broken. I don't get why it didn't come like this from the factory..

This looks great good job!

I think first pic isn't his, just to show stock cluster. Second is his. The third is closeup of the tach, not sure how you tell mph/kmh from it. Fourth is a new m3/m4.

thank you guys.

just to clarify
- first photo is some random photo from internet therefore you can see km dial. I just want to show the difference between both dials therefore I paste it.

- second photo is my current cluster. It was connected to my custom harness at home. That is why you can see all these errors on the display from the modules that are not connected and see mileage in km

- third photo - close up of ///M logo. I just wanted to show up how "perfect" it looks because I already have seen new M6 dial with a little bit messed up light up logo from factory. Actually it was the hardest part for the printing company to add these three lines/colors and keep them evenly. It was also the reason that not every printing company wanted to deal with this project and even if they tried I wasnt happy from the result.

- forth photo - current M3/M4 dial

How you can get one???

I need to update my status as a sponsor of this forum to be able to offer them for sale. Printing company didn't want to print only one dial so I ended up with few extra dials, both US version and Euro version.

If the interest to get the dials into production will be high enough I can ask this company to print more.

Installation is fairly easy. You need to remove the cluster from the car, then remove cover, take out needles, remove the stock dial and glue back the custom ones.

Very cool!

I like these sort of mods...ones that are fairly subtle and should have been done at the factory.

On a side note, I wished you had done a DIY! I have been wanting to put my radar detector LEDs in the cluster behind the turn signal indicators, and would like to see what's behind there. I've removed my cluster twice, but chickened out on opening the tamper-proof tape since I'm still under warranty.

EDIT: nm, it's for the temperature in c or f, correct?

Mine is canadian with temp in Celsius, can you pm price?
