Does the BMW extended warranty extend the exact same coverage as the standard Ultimate Service warranty? or is it reduced/changed in some way?

Also, I assume it doesn't carry a deductible the way the aftermarket warranties do?

So then the answer to my first question appears to be 'no' -- it's not the same as the new-car Ultimate service (unless maybe Platinum is). Good info, thanks for sharing, it does seem like you've made the right choice using EasyCare.
