How about 09 M3? Still not eligible?

It doesn't say anything about having to buy a 2008 M3, just that you need to buy an M3 between the above dates, so you should be fine.

The top of the "M3 Owner's Agenda" doc in post #20 states: One Day M School – 2008 M3 Owner’s Program. My CA told me it is just for 2008 M3 purchases, not for 2009s; it is just another BMWNA incentive to unload the remaining MY08 M3s. Us MY09 M3 owners are not eligible

I just called BMW M3 School, per the incentive web page, and the 09 I just bought is absolutely eligible, though now that I think about it, all she asked was when I bought the M3... not what MY it was....
