I have a 2008 E93 M3 that is nicely spec'd and very clean.

44k miles
Enhanced Premium Sound
Technology Package
Cold Weather Package
Heated Seats
Black Trim
Manual Trans
EDC
Nav

The car has zero issues, two new rear tires, plenty of life on front rubber, and brakes were recently replaced. Car has been slightly modified with test pipes, Dinan Free Flow Exhaust, Alpine tune, and tinted windows. Comes with spare set of winter tires and wheels (18" BMW OEM style 219 Rims) in great shape with plenty of life remaining. Some curb rash on the summer wheels (pictured on car).

I am the third owner, live in Michigan, but previous 2 owners were from Kansas. Books and window sticker included. Nothing funny, no BS, no stories. Adult owned. Motor is very strong, rips to redline, no funny noises, no CELs, etc.

Original rod bearings and throttle actuators.

Not needing to sell, but wanted to put a feeler out there with it being summer and will be difficult for me to sell a vert in the winter.

The Carfax shows an Accident reported by the police on Jan of 2018. I don't think you should mention clean carfax it isnt.
Great looking car though.

iAjking good catch. Post has been updated and see police report attached. Small piece of debris fell from an active constructive site while driving and left minor dent on top of trunk. Pictures to come this weekend. I didn't realize it was going to show up on the CarFax or else I would not have called it in. Not trying to mislead anyone. Thanks car is still for sale.
