Is this normal? LCI tail inner pieces cloudy?

Hey all - I recently bought some used OEM LCI tails from a reputable forum member.

Once I installed them I noticed the inners have a kind of cloudiness, almost looks like someone took steel wool and rubbed them from the inside of the lens which is physically impossible without taking them apart. I also don't know why anyone would do that.

It's tough to tell in pictures but do yours look like this or are they totally clear? You don't notice until you are within a foot away and the exterior layer is completely smooth. The outers look fine. Thanks.
