I'd suspect if you can have them filled and properly painted by a reputable body shop it would be a lot cheaper than buying a new trunk.

I don't think can command "more" for your fixing modded past but you'd probably move the car quicker.

I think it's the fact that you have a manual and it's not the CF roof unfortunately. I think CF and manual are core requirements for many people...they were for me at least. Good luck though- looks solid otherwise!
