Battery Update with Schwaben Tool

Hello guys,

I have already searched the forum and looked online including youtube vids, however I was not able to find a proper solution. Having said that, I just changed my old OEM BMW battery that was a 12 V 90AH 900 CCA, to an OEM BMW 12V 92AH 850 CCA. Since they no longer make the battery with the same exact specs, I had no choice but to buy the 92AH Battery.

In order to get it registered, I went ahead and purchased the Schwaben tool for my E92 M3. While going through the screens, I finally came to the option to register the new battery with different specs. However, once I put in the Matrix Code of the battery, the screen said that the battery was registered and I no longer was able to input the specs of the new battery.

The only message that I get is the following:

"To register new battery size or the other battery type, now carry out the following retrofitting in Progman:

Battery"

Please let me know if by any chance you have come across the same issue, or how you were able to register the new battery with different specs.
