Are you doing this in a climate controlled area like your house or a garage with a space heater? I see that you're in NY and I assume that even if it's a warm winter day, it's probably in the 40s. Stuff isn't going to adhere properly, cure, etc. if it's cold.

This is still a work in progress. I need to machine compound/polish with proper pads which should restore the shine (only compounded by hand using a mf towel). Overall, not bad considering I had zero idea what I was doing. There's a low spot on the right that I plan on filling in once this snow storm passes.

dparm During the layering process I had a space heater in the garage hitting it for roughly 1-1.5 hours between 3 layers.

For reference to anyone googling this - after applying the resin, I sanded with 320, 400, 1000, and 2000.
