You've been on the forums quite some time, you should know that KBB isn't the real thing. Maybe if your mileage was about 20k's your asking price is on a better par. Even that, people would be offering between 40k-44k.

But your mileage is off the roof. Theres little demand for M3's with so much mileage. My opinion is that you should be pricing low 40's or even 39k if you wanna sell quick. (Stock) Lets say with your mods I'd say you're looking at 41k-ish. just an opinion.. (looking at the other threads)
