OP, best and maybe only way to get a 10/10 set of wheels is to by them new from BMW or others. Very unlikely to find a used set that is 10/10 if they have been driven at all. They are not cheap but are still available.

Friend has factory OEM Black ZCP359 wheels and they're matte black. Have also been looking for a nice set but lots have been refurbished and are gloss. Agree, best option for mint is new.
