Anyone running 275/40R18 square?

I am a previous E90 M3 owner (sold 4 years ago). Just bought a E93 M3 in alpine white over black. Needs tires. While I like the look of the stock 19" 220, I loved the look of my black VMR 710s with 255/40r18 square winter set up on my E90. I ran 255/35R19 and 275/35r19 for summer.

I have a set of Firestone Indy 500 in 275/40r18 that are the street tires on my track Mustang, only 2000 miles. It is rarely driven on the street. Can I run 275/40r18 in the front? I see lots of guys run 275/35R18 square. Does the extra height end up rubbing?

They might rub a little bit with that height.

Late to the party here, depending on ride height you can probably fit these in the rears. They wouldn't work though on the front I don't think

I know they will fit in the rear as I used to run 255/35r19 front and 275/35r19 in the rear of my e90 M3.
I think I am going to stay with style 220 wheels and run the above sizes on my E93. Indy 500 work on these sizes.

I ran 275/40R18 on the rear stock wheels lowered with coilovers. They fit fine.

I do not think it will fit in front, you should probably go with a 275/35 front.
