Bavsound Ghost subs not working

My oem subs stopped working so i replaced them with the Bavsound subs, which worked for almost a year up until yesterday when they suddenly went out and I heard no bass coming from the system.

Im not sure if the subs are bad or if the AMP is bad cause weirdly the passenger side sub goes in/out sometimes but the driver side is completely out.

Reach out to Bavsound. I am on my third set now, getting a little annoyed, but they keep honoring the warranty. I would rather find out what is causing this though.

What year is your m3? And is it Individual audio? I've had problems with subs on my 2011 and 2012 m3, both had IA and it keep blowing (4 sets in total 2 were Bavsound and 2 were oem) I bought another set of new bav sound subs and the updated new amp part number 65128054808 from ecs tunning and my subs stop blowing! Hope this helps but my best guess is only some IA Amps are affected since there were so many revisions and explains why some people with IA have problems and some don't !

If they're individual audio then the problem will persist. Get a trunk sub or one of the other plug and play options

Correct impedance for your amp?

8ohm for top hifi and 2ohm for hifi right?
