Rear End Clunk
I’ve notice a jerk/shock when I’m driving and shift under WOT from what feels like the rear end. Today I was on the freeway and had it in 7th gear and floored it and felt the same kind of jerk/shock as if there’s driveline slip being taken up under load. I’ll check diff bushings and trans mount. Any other ideas or experience?

Man... could be a number of things in these cars. Did it just start suddenly or has it been getting worse? Do you have solid subframe bushings?
I think the driveshaft clunking is pretty common. I wouldn't think that would cause the feeling of slop/delay but when I asked my tech about it on my car he just shrugged and said "M clunk" lol How many miles are on your bushings in the rear? Could be time anyways. TBD

In the past, in a 6MT car, my diff mount bolt snapped causing a similar clunk. There was too much play in the bushings causing it to snap, hope this helps!
