M3 side marker as DRL

Hello,

I came across this video on Youtube, showed in the video, our side marker can be modified as DRL/Signal. Has anyone tried this? Please let me know. Thanks

There is no such thing as coding your side turn signals as DRLs, period.

This can be done with getting a switchback LED strip installed in place of the OEM amber turn signal LED strip. You would than have to tap the wire of the white DRL LED into a constant ignition powered signal (ie. for the angel eye wires, etc).
