Price check please. 2010 E92 AW/Fox Red/DCT 154K Miles!

Sorry to be brief, writing from my phone at the bar contemplating on this M I just saw.

Car is fully loaded with nav, edc, cold weather, premium, CF roof etc.

Guy doesn't want to budge on 21K. Valve covers are leaking, rear tires are due, rotors have a small lip developing. Pulls hard, DCT shifts as it should, suspension feels tight. Seems to have a drive train vibration at low speeds.

Thoughts?

Cheers.

I've seen this guy for sale for some time now. Seems to me if they aren't in the high teens with this kind of mileage they don't sell.

Perhaps year, options, color combo, transmission and chassis play a part in my consideration.

with the issues you mention, it will cost you a few grand to get that car dialed in. Why not buy a lesser mileage one for a little more?

let me ask you this. Would you buy a 2008 M3 with 30k miles or 2013 M3 with 130k miles?

Age is not always the thing you look for. I would take in a heartbeat a clean babied 2008 with low miles over a abused 2013 with lots of miles on it

Yeah, but with the 2013 M3, all those miles would be highway miles, and less abusive than a 2008 sitting in a garage all day where it just rots. This car likes to be driven, and short trips are really wear intensive.

Honestly, I'd take the 2013. Assuming there was a substantial price difference between the two.

Not sure where you get the notion that high mileage cars equate to abuse. I almost entirely make my assumptions based on the seller and the way he carries himself.

I perform all my own repairs and maintenance so that will keep cost down. At this point though I'm basically defending my purchase, picked it up earlier today.
