Pricing/Offer HELP! ASAP

Hey guys, found an 09 E92 Space Grey/Fox Red 18.5k miles, with DCT, CF Roof, OEM 19's, NAV, basically everything besides cold weather package. I put a deposit on it tonight just to hold it as there are other interested parties, fully refundable if I don't go through with it so sort of a no-brainer. They are asking 39,990, what do you guys think is a reasonable offer? I know this is a fair price but who pays ask these days!? Lol, at least who doesn't try to not pay ask.

What does KBB say? Look at both private and retail. If the private is less than what they have listed, offer them that and work from there. Don't show you are eager. Good luck

Sounds like a fair price assuming the car is in great condition. Try to talk them down a bit but it sounds like they've priced it aggressivly so they may not move much. GL!

Sounds like a good price to be honest. Compared to 99% of the going rates I see for E90/92 M3's this is good. Most people are pricing them much higher.

No cold weather option and you are in Ohio? Guess you wouldn't drive it in the snow there anyway....go for it!

Car was purchased today! Thanks guys, now have an E46 M3 and soon to be E92 in the garage. As well as a 1979 320i Sport (BBS, Recaro, etc.-STOCK) with 7k miles (preface to M3), but we're not sure where to put that one!

If you don't mind me asking, what did you pick up for? I'm also in the market. Feel free to pm me if you'd prefer.
