There is one in Arizona at a dealer I think its like $70k.

Have you tried EAG? I bought mine from them 3 years ago and super happy with the transaction and overall quality of the car. I think they have a manual with ~5k miles for around $100k.
Expect to pay $70-$80 for a higher mileage.

I should have tried harder to buy one when I originally posted. Prices don't make sense to me anymore. Great car tho - my fav e92M.

Especially considering that a very similar car (Limerock 6MT, 42K miles) sold for $53K in June 2020
