Auction finally wrapped up at $18.5k, sounds about right for the miles and condition. Seller's well-presented photos and his commitment throughout the auction definitely paid off, else would've been even lower.

I swallowed each of the rod bearings already . . ate my own hat .. tattooed some throttle actuators on each of my arms . . and am currently shaking my head at the complete and utter insanity of the market for used M3's . . even crappy ones, as the lifeforce drains from my body.
