One More BMW Product to Consider

Linkie.

Stage II JCW Kit for the MCS will boost power to 210-218hp. Bigger turbo. Also includes 4-piston brakes. Looks like the cost will be around $5k, give or take.

Combine that with the available factory LSD and the JCW Suspension components and you've got one damn capable hot hatch.

2008 purchasing decisions ain't getting any easier.

I hear ya. Something tight and peppy that can still carry the wife and bambino sounds pretty appealing.

Of course, by the time you option it out it will cost as much as a 135i...

Other than the potential tii, this kit is the reason why I most likely wont see a 1er in my driveway.

I had always heard that the JCW Kit's were a waste of money, is that not true?

The mini makes sense if the 128 is the higher end of your budget.

There are people on here who can afford a Cayman, and the Mini might still make sense for them. The most expensive car you can afford isn't always the right car to buy.
