Newer car with high mileage vs Older car with low mileage

What you all think, which one would you pick?
To be specific, in my case its 2013 M3s with 75k - 80k km vs 2011 35k-45k km.
Lets be fair and say cars are very evenly used, with a single owner.

Combination of Lower mileage/service records. Clean car fax is also a minimum.

It is not just a matter of mileage but more about the clear historic and maintenance of the car. I would, without hesitation, go with a higher mileage but excellent maintenance and records than a low mileage but unclear past maintenance.

A 2011 and 2013 are identical aside from a few minor difference depending on when the 2011 was made.

All things being equal, the 2011 is the easy choice. If it were pre LCI with the older iDrive / no ZCP / older taillights, the choice would be more pronounced, assuming such things matter to you.

Yeah, im looking at all things being equal. because between 6 or 7 cars i view, the common denominator was Age vs Mileage of the car.
Of course id consider all things mentioned above. As well as options, color. price etc.
See to me mileage is less critical than a year of the car.
Just want to see what you all think. Whats better , less years or less miles?
