Thinking about spacers for a while now...

Hey all - been thinking about spacers for a while now. I have an 08 e90 M3 on Syle 219's w/ OEM size Mich PS4S. I've recently done a complete ZCP suspension retrofit. Size, isn't in question; I know I'm going with 15F/12R.

My question is more around quality. I'm leaning towards getting Macht Schnell comp spacers and extended bolts but are there any other brands I should consider? To be honest, I'm a little leary about the whole spacer thing anyway, as I've heard/read so many horror stories about vibes, imbalances and poor quality.

Any thoughts here?

I have had MS spacers installed for at least two years with no mechanical problems with the spacers. Maybe a very slight steering wheel vibration at around 75-80 mph.

I've ran several spacers brands, ECS, TMS, HR, MS. Any of those will work. I personally stay away from eBay stuff.

Go MS and you'll be fine. Lots of good deals around this time of year too. Black Friday!

that's what worries me. Right now, 30mph or 100mph, doesn't matter. Steering wheel feels the same.

I heard the Turner spacers are pretty good balanced in the production process => https://www.turnermotorsport.com/BMW...-wheel-spacers

I've had MS 15F/12R on 220M for about 1.5 years after hemming and hawing like you. I bought them off a forum member locally and cleaned them up before installing. I do not feel any vibration whatsoever. I re-used his extended bolts and bought one long security bolt.

It's very subtle. Not sure if there's a technique to mounting the spacers that eliminates that.
