Canadian E9X M3 discount Q.
Hey folks,
I've been a member of E90 post now for some three and one half years. This spring, we bought out our '07 E90 335i which we still enjoy despite all the worries about the HPFP and so on. I'm now considering adding a 2011 M3 to the garage, and am still pondering an internal conflict of E90 vs. E93 M3 but thats a whole 'nother thread In any event, from your collective Canadian experiences, what, if any kind of discount can I expect on an ordered M3? We received about $4500 off our 335i purchase back in '07, but I understand that the M cars are more sought after and not readily available in stock. This will be a cash deal, and the only plausible options for me are the premium package and the 19" wheels. Thanks in advance Asif |

Good luck you will love the M3...... it is so much more involving than a 335i and the 335i is an amazing car in it's own right! |

Thanks for your insight BMRLVR. I have keenly read the thread about your Moonstone E90 as well; what an awe-isnpring car. I'm convinced its the only one of it's type in Alberta. Great choice!

Azorean; Thanks for the PM.
Looks like I'm right in the ballpark of asking for a reasonable discount. Thanks for the responses guys. A |

I am shocked that you got a deal on your M3 Jamie at Edm BMW.
They offered me $500 off my Individual 335xi and I walked. Maybe things have improved there. The service still sucks though so I doubt it. I got a great deal on old stock in late October when there was a big cashback I know after that they have cut dealer stock and it seems M3 are hardly stocked now. GL OP. |

As for service, Edmonton BMW was great on the sales end and getting an appointment for the 2k service was no problem this year. I got an appointment in a timely manner and the car was ready quickly. I can not comment on Calgary BMW service since I have never had a vehicle serviced there. I know the GM and GSM of the dealer very well and they are both amazing to deal with. If you are in the market for a new BMW any time soon shoot me a PM or call me and I will put you in touch with the right people at Edmonton BMW. |
