GPU & Minimum PSU Req. Question

my old desktop has a 420w psu and i am currently running a x850xt pe agpagp along with a koolance exos system. i want to upgrade to the 3850 ati card and it requires a minimum 450w psu.

now i know the koolance already takes up alot of of the psu and my current agp x850xt pe is too, but i have been using this setup for 5+ years and no problem.

if i upgrade to the 3850 agp card will the 450minimum psu affect me in any way along with my koolance?
