How much do you pay for your E92 M3's insurance?

Hi, I am thinking to get an awesome BMW M3 probably 09".
However, I am little bit worrying about maintain this monster.
I am over 25years old and no accident. I think I could manage the gas,
but have no idea about how much that I am gonna pay for the insurance.

How much do you pay?

Moreover, is the new vehicle's rate is cheaper than used's insurance rate?

Thanks.

2011.75 E92
Living in Austin, TX
25, married, clean record
$1000 deductible with 250/500/200 limits
2 cars on the policy
Paying $65/month for the M3 with Amica

Amica has been rated top in customer satisfaction by JD Power for the last 11 years running (USAA was higher, but they're not open to the general public) and I've loved my time with them. The rates are cheap, I always get a very knowledgeable and HUMAN person on the phone when I need to call, and despite being cheap in the 2 accidents I've had (neither was my fault) they were fantastic. In one case the other party wouldn't return calls for 8 months and it was looking like I wouldn't get my deductible back as a result, but they persisted that long and got it back for me. Highly recommended.

OP, trust me, insurance will be a drop in the bucket compared to gas -- and make sure you set aside a reserve fund for maintenance and repairs if your warranty and service will be going away soon.

Great deal. Who is this with? I am 24 and pay $613 every 6 months with State Farm. $250 deductible for comprehensive, $500 collision.

I don't know why this is asked every week or two, (as if it had never been asked before; ). It's pointless. There are so many variables. Age. Location. Record. Family members who drive. Discounts for multi car and/or car and house, etc.
Mine's $335 every six months. Yes, it's full coverage. State Farm.
Get quotes from different companies for you and you will find out how much you have to pay. Full coverage insurance for an M3 isn't much different than full coverage insurance for any other $60k car. It has more to do with the driver and their circumstances than the car itself.

That is expensive ... how much is it now to register a car in Germany each year? or is that a one time charge when you first register a car?

In Canada I pay now $74-/Year for registration for each of my cars and average $1000-/year insurance on each. Our 535is will be 25 years old next year then collector insurance and registration will apply for that car only and that will be very low.

No accidents but some tickets!!! Plus I didn't pay a damn parking ticket that I didn't even know about which resulted in a suspended driver's license. I then proceeded to get pulled over for tints and got slammed for driving with a suspended license- all due to a parking ticket! That's what screwed me big and jacked my insurance premium up.

Your link is broken.

So I am paying 116 a month with State-Farm. 26 y/o 12 wrecks 5 totaled vehicles 3 of them drunk driving wrecks; 250 deductible full coverage with the 250k protection crap. BTW, only one wreck was my fault and it was when I was 14 and first got my license (hardship), and the other guy was drunk not me in all 3 dd wrecks
