Space Fox e92 M3 ZCP
Just picked this girl up about three weeks ago from Virginia (I'm in Tampa). Got to drive it down through the Blueridge Parkway. Absolute dream of a car. Comp pack, fully loaded, Space Grey over Fox Red, carbon roof, DCT, 42k miles, came with a Studio RSR half cage. Feeling lucky that I found this spec and such a clean example - bought the car sight unseen. Had only been looking for a couple of months.
Met a local photographer at the duPont Registry Cars and Coffee this weekend that was nice enough to take some real photos for me: Some other not so great photos: Went ahead and installed the gloss black kidney grills and color matched reflectors to start. I'm a big OEM+ guy so not going to go crazy with it. Last edited by Space Fox; 09-24-2020 at 01:08 PM.. |

Very nice and congrats on this beautiful purchase.
If your a big oem+ guy, the rear cage should be removed |

Haha ya know I was worried about the cage at first but I've kind of grown to love it. I'll be tracking the car at Sebring in November so I think I'm going to hang on to it.

Very nice color combo, If I had Space Grey, the Fox Red is a must. I can't really see the holes in the front plate, good job taking care of that.

Beautiful car, congrats! And agreed...how did you get rid of the drill holes in the front bumper? Or is the photo just touched up?

I hear you...that's the one flaw mine has and it drives me crazy haha. My car is jerez black though so the holes aren't as noticeable. Still be nice if someone had a better solution than those bumper plugs or getting them filled and entire bumper repainted.

I'm no expert but slicks may over work a stock setup. If you're serious about easing in, consider a DOT tire to start. But maybe others can better guide you. Get in on the track threads. I found myself "easing" in this summer over 10 days in Colorado and to my wife's dismay I'm ~$10k into brakes, suspension, pads, wheels, data acquisition. Everyone warned me of the slippery slope but I'm skating down it. Next stop cage and seats. Congrats Again!!

I'll look in to the slicks more before I run them, thank you for the pointer. And ugh, that's what I'm afraid of! The buddies I'm going down there with run a GT3 RS Weissach and a Cup Car now so they've already got that same $10k parts list running for me.. I do want to keep this thing more as a weekend warrior than a full out track car so I'm hoping I can find a happy medium. |

Beautiful car and congrats! Reminds me of when I picked up mine 2.5 years ago. Same spec except for CF roof (I dig the moonroof, LOL). Enjoy!
