Im about to order new wheels and tyres for my e90 m3 sedan LCI and need some tips and directions

Right now im on the stock suspension (EDC, none zcp) and the plan is going either with eibach pro kit springs or a kw sleeveover kit.

Stock wheels are
F 18x8.5 et29 245 40 18
R 18x9.5 et23 265 40 18

I did some trial and error with the wheels I had and put the rears on the front and it was pretty flush (allmost poking the arch cause of the tyres). I did a test drive with the backs mounted in front an it was rubbing a bit while turning max at low speeds.

The wheels I am looking at are 19x9 et15 front, and 19x10 et25 in the rears. After reading through the entire thread it feels like 10 et25 could fit in the front? Should I go with the 9 and 10s or go 10s square? As this is my daily I dont want any issues with rubbing tho I want to put as big wheels and tyres as possible. I know I maybee should look for other wheels but im kinda stuck with this ones cause I like the look of them.

What tyre size is optimal? The dealer recommended going with 245 35 19 and 265 45 19 but I am pretty sure after reading through the posts that some ppl have rubbing issues with 245 35 on the front?

I dont want a meaty sidewall, neither do I want to put 225 tyres on a 10" wheel

Looking to buy the VMR V710's ASAP, but just had a few quick questions. Can I do a Front 19x9.5 ET22 and a Rear 19x11 ET25 on my car (2009 E93 M3) with out any rubbing or Fender work? If not what is the most Aggressive way to go while keeping the car at stock height with no rubbing and or tire stretching?

I bought a used set of HRE P40's which are standard spec:

19x9 et 28 | PSS 255/35/19
19x10.5 et 28 | PSS 295/30/19

I need some help on the spacer scenario as I don't want to rub, but I want to fill out the wheel well a little more. If the offset for the front utilizing a spacer was +12 and the rears +25 do you think it would clear and not rub? Anybody with P40's could recommend the best set up?

Thanks for the help in advance!
