How is it facelifted? Looks the same to me, except maybe it gets LED tailights.

I saw that website this AM. I agree the front looks the same. The rear tail lights are different of course.

i think it's just stupid how bmw released the e90 m3 in older style back light, and after merely 8 months(not even a year), they've face lifted the tail......

That article doesn't know what its talking about, this is just a 'taillift' to the new LED/reshaped tailights It is nice to see a red E90M3 cruising around tho

Well thats what happens when you rush to buy a first year model. Things change or get added the following year. My build date was 02/07. 03/07 they added the shortcut buttons and USB. I believe you can now get Jade Grey interior unlike back then. Boo hoo because they're changing the tail lights. Gimme a break.

You can say that to all the people that bought 2006 E90's as well, but that's been beaten to death.

The facelifted Sedan isn't even going to premiere until the Frankfurt Auto show in September. All of the literature that the dealers recently received for September 3 Series Sedans mention absolutely nothing about a facelift...just about color changes, new wheel options, etc.

I don't think we will see this 'facelift' until sometime next year, which might even mean a shortened '09 Model Year.

This is huge! We knew they've been working on it but we had no idea they would implementing this technology so soon. See the water coming from the exhaust in the picture? OMG, it's running on Hydrogen!

Its a repost but you get a pass because this thread was clearly moved from E90Post.com.

But yeah, WCF is wrong - no changes to the front of the E90 M3.

BAH! Car looks exactly the same as mine!

Heres a message to people who wanted the brand new M3 Sedan when it 1st came out but waited cause the tail lights are gonna change slightly, and are going to wait 6 to 9 extra months for it.. Over tail lights? Please! "Get a life!"

I wanted the M3 when it 1st came out, I couldn't be happier and I'll NEVER look back!!!

Only the tail light clusters are changing. Everything else (exterior) is the same. The article is dead wrong about the front end. No current M-Car has fog lights.

Here is a post from the E90 boards that shows photos of a face lifted E90 sedan. It does appear to have a different front end. So the link in this post may be referring to the standard E90 sedan with the M3 only getting the tail lights.
