Officially For Sale. M Performance Exhaust E92. SoCal
Have an M Performance Exhaust on the car. Want to sell it because I want something a bit louder (Eisenmann Race or Akrapovic Evo) I am located in West Los Angeles, not looking to ship right now. This Exhaust is in great condition, used for about 1700 miles. Sounds really good, and when I really think about it I want to keep it But I do want something a bit louder so I'm pushing myself to do this. I will post up pictures of how it looks on the car right now later today. PRICE: $3000 OBO Last edited by ki__; 09-20-2013 at 12:38 AM.. |

Well, Akrapovic Evolution is much louder than M Performance as just a muffler. I've heard the M muffs and Akra Evo back to back. As far as M muffs versus Akra muffs, they're about the same.
for you. |

oops I didn't read the 'evo' part
cause usually you don't compare rear to a full system

Gintani race is too loud for me.
Eisenmann race is my first choice I think. It's a good amount of loud and has a nice tone. And back on topic! Still for sale |

These are all just mufflers. Some just have new piping that delete resonators, etc. I am sure you can get the ///M Muffer and put some new piping and it will sound much louder like other brands out there. The ///M Muffler is for the concertative person that does not need a crowd stairing at them yet at the same time have a sound much better than stock. Some people will pay an extra 1K to 2K for $50.00 worth of bent piping.
As for the ///M exhaust I have it and I only have 500 miles on it and think it sounds great so far. I am sure it will get slightly louder once the internal packing gets broken in. $3200 may be a tough sale as it is used. Even though it only has 1700 miles on it people will still consider it used. I know this from experience. It is good the seller is open to offers. Who ever gets this muffler will love it and I am sure both parties will be happy with the selling and purchase price. Good luck OP!

there is a reason why e90 and e92 m performance exhaust part numbers are different..
