$9k is the spot for a low mile engine with upgraded bearings, especially with a warranty.
It won't please the price police, but buyers with a need will agree that it's quite fair.

Good luck with your sale, I've got a couple of customers who may be interested.

As some others have stated, this motor is NOT overpriced. This is a good deal for a motor in good running condition with the RB already being addressed. The people that are complaining are delusional.

Was the engine fully stock always?
