Help Car is Throwing Error Codes

Started the car today and a few codes came on my P3 gauge.
Can anyone tell me what they mean.

and found:

289D Lamda sensor Heater Post Cat Bank 2 Function

2750 Throttle Position Sensor Jammed Briefly

I have a G-Power SKII CS kit with Akro evo system.

Hey i had similar problems too. But mine says this:

// 1) 2B58 Idling control monitor
// 2) 27B1 Secondary air system throughput bank 2
// 3) 2743 Lambda sensor heater resistance diagnostic VKAT bank 2

I just replaced the precat 02 sensor on bank 2 and cleared the codes. I will post back later if codes come back.
