Bummer. Maybe file a small-claims action against them? I've had success going that route in the past.

Dumb question, but did they say "as-is"? Just trying to understand if they were misleading or it was just a case of buyer beware.

Did you pay in cash? If you paid via credit card, I'd take it up with the credit card company and explain the situation; I've had luck with that route in the past when being burned.

I've been doing business with Mworld for over a year now and I've never had an issue with this Company. They've always had fair prices and back up what they sell. I can't see them not taking care of you if this is truly what they've sold you. I encourage you to reach out to them and resolve the issue instead of blasting them on the forums.

Agreed, not sure if it's necessary to air them out until you deal with them directly off public forums. They're in the business of parting out salvage/totaled vehicles and easily could make the mistake of selling you a complete rear with the mentioned damage that might not be noticeable until it's taken apart piece by piece. They seem like stand up guys, try dealing with them before calling them out on the forums.

Go talk to them in person. Hell if I was local I wouldn't wait 2 weeks with no reply. Throw that shit in their parking lot and get your money back from the cc company. Or chain yourself to their front door until they refund you. Just take a snack

Even still, you can dispute this with PayPal and your bank. Fight it. Don't let these scum get away with it.

Had to chime in on this thread haha, firstly just wanted to say they're not scum I personally have done business with both locally and via Paypal. I have purchased many parts from them never had any issues. If their was an issue they were open to working with me on resolving it.

Secondly,

That proves my point.

OP says that he cannot get in contact with them, they have their listing listed try calling with a different number if you think they're acting fishy.

Now the my main question is why did OP pay for item over Paypal when he lives in Northern Jersey, which is where their shop is located.
Something seems a little off here, you could even visit them (in person) to dispute rather you post on here without hearing their side of the case.

Very interesting how people on these forums do business..

P.S there are 3 threads for this same post 2 of which are posted in wrong forum.. Maybe if OP spent less time posting and paying a visit to MParts Worldwide this thread wouldn't exist.

2 weeks is plenty of time to reach back out to someone with a legitimate issue. The pics speaks volumes. Hope this reaches back to them and they set things right with you OP.

I'm saying if your local maybe you should clear your schedule for a $2900 transaction.

If one thinks otherwise you clearly have set your priorities straight, they are stand up people I'm sure they'd try to work with you on your "time".

I don't think op is fishy just throwing the idea out if your local makes 0 sense to communicate online/remotely instead of doing business in person.

I also don't like the idea how people on forums blast vendors without hearing the side of the other party. I've been on the forums for awhile and know there is ALWAYS 2 sides to the coin.

If you were out $2900 live in the same county and didn't speak in person to handle the matter your a moron plain and simple.

It's 3k. Set your priorities unless your wealthy enough to not care.
