You know I was thinking the same thing. Don't get me wrong, awesome job, but I just saw a 2011 Mustang GT run 8.88 @ 148mph. No nitrous but he was running 24lbs of boost with a 10:1 compression motor.

How strong are the OEM halfshafts? I wonder if you were able to run a sticker rear tire especially with the so so 60ft. time with all that power. Is it an issue you can't leave off the line harder without breaking anything??

Awesome times and performance!

I can't wait to see what you come up with for an encore!

It was nice to meet you while at SEMA and talk with you for a bit. We're all looking forward to more times and numbers!

I don't believe you will ever see a BMW M3 w/ DCT transmission doing something like this.

I will probably swap out my 98mm pulley for the 95mm pulley next (which will add about another 1/2 lb of boost). No other plans other than that for now.

how is this sad? mike broke records with his e.t. and one of the highest traps and first to put nos on an e92. There will always be faster cars.

your comment is open ended...why dont you specify?

I guess, its not sad, the trap speed is fast as hell.

I don't know, I just don't understand modifying the M3 to be something its not. Supercharged and NOS?

Eh it's all personal preference, many would make the same argument the other way. As a matter fact many people can't stand when they are owners of a "stock" car. Even manufacturers know there is a niche for those that want more and they just capitalize on that with "factory aftermarket" or Sport models, heck the M3 is a more powerful version of the 3 series. There are many who think it's absurd to spend more money on the M3 over a 335 or 328.

Bugatti made a Super Sport Veyron for ____ sake! LOL

It's personal preference.

im new to the bmw scene, but i feel like it should be much easier to get deeper into the 11s on just a supercharger with no nitrous. These cars are putting out 500 on a dynojet, i feel that it should be plenty.

regardless, congratulations!!!

if you think about the weight of the car rather than just the HP... then you'll realize it's a lot easier said than done

I guess the Switzer 911 Turbos and GT-Rs don't make since either? I bet the Underground Racing Twin Turbo Lambos and F430s REALLY make you sad!
Like Ryboy98 said it's a what I like... and so do alot of other sports car enthusiast.
